Checkup consultation

Description

You can apply for a follow-up consultation in the following two cases:

• when you want a consultation to clarify the questions you have related to the implementation of the received recommendations,
• when you want to monitor your body composition evolution at the office and discuss the lifestyle factors you have noticed that influence the way you manage to apply the received recommendations.

Please note, however, that this Checkup Consultation does not include the creation of a new nutrition plan.

If you have doubts, whether a new Consultation with a change of plan or just a Checkup Consultation is necessary – send us the updated Pre-consultation Data Form and we will communicate our recommendation to you before coming to the appointment.
