Starting in 2026, you can get a nutrition plan personalized to your exact health situation at a lower price, and without a consultation.

To access this professional nutrition service:

1. carefully reade and only if you agree sign the Terms and Conditions document,
2. fill in the Preconsultation Data Form in as much detail as possible
3. send us all the medical documents that will be requested from you for the personalization off the recommendations.

You will receive your plan after 48 hours.

And if you have any questions or ambiguities related to the information received, you can apply for a consultation at the office or online, within a maximum of one week from receiving the plan, paying the remainder up to the full price of a consultation.
